New Delhi: The Government of India has once again extended the lockdown deadline in the country due to the ever increasing cases of corona virus and the increasing graph of recovery rate due to lockdown.  Now the lockdown has been implemented in the country till 17 May.  Guidelines have been released according to Joan in the third phase of the lockdown.  In the red zone, where strict restrictions have been imposed on any kind of movement, there is some relaxation in the green zone.  If we talk about reggae, orange and green zone, then Union Health Ministry has declared 130 districts across the country as red zone, 284 as orange zone and 319 as green zone.  Let's know what will be open in Lockdown 3.0 and what will be closed?

According to the new guidelines of the Ministry of Home Affairs, a limited amount of activities will continue in all zones in the country.  According to the guidelines, air, rail, metro and road traffic, interstate travel has been completely banned.  Schools, colleges, and other academic-training institutions, coaching centers, hospitality services, restaurants, hotels will continue to be completely banned.

According to the new guidelines, all the crowded places have been directed to be completely closed.  Crowded places such as cinema halls, malls, shopping complexes, gyms, sports complexes, etc. will be completely closed.  At the same time, any social, political, cultural events will be completely banned.  Religious places, temples, places of worship, mosques, gurudwaras, discussions etc. will be closed.


No discount in red zone



No relaxation of Lockdown 3 has been granted in areas declared Red Zone due to the ever increasing cases of Corona.  Lockdown will be strictly followed.  Local officials of the Red Zone areas have been instructed to ensure that all the residents of the Red Zone Containment Zone have access to the Health Setu App.  All can be monitored through the app in the Containment Zone.  There will be no activity of any kind in the Containment Zone.  Traffic in this zone will be completely restricted.  According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, there will be many restrictions in the Red Zone.  Cycle rickshaws, auto rickshaws, taxis and cab services will not be available here.  The bus service between one district to another district will also be closed.  Spa, Salon will not open.  Restriction on supply by non-essential goods e-commerce companies in Red Zone will continue

All industrial and construction activities in rural areas falling in the Red Zone, all agricultural activities in the agricultural supply chain, are exempted.  At the same time, animal husbandry activities including inland and marine fisheries are fully permitted.  Medical personnel and patients from all health services (including Ayush) are permitted to be transported via air ambulance.  Banks, non-banking finance companies, insurance, cooperative societies coming to the Red Zone, Anganwadi centers, electricity, water, sanitation, waste management, telecommunications and internet will remain open.  Operates of courier and postal services are exempted.

Taxi and cab aggregators have been allowed only 1 driver and 2 passengers in one train in the districts of Orange Zone since 4 May.  In addition, inter-district movement of persons and vehicles in the Orange Zone will only be allowed for certain activities.  In four-wheelers, a maximum of 2 passengers are allowed to travel in addition to the driver.  At the same time, online delivery of all goods in Orange and Green zones has also been exempted.  The Ministry of Home Affairs has said in its advisory that pregnant women and elders should remain in their homes till May 17.

50% of the buses will run in the Green Zone.  However, buses will carry only 50% passengers.  Factories have been allowed to open in the Green Zone.  These facilities will not be available, the salon shop will not open.  Malls will not open.  Schools and colleges will not open; movement will not be allowed from 7 am to 7 am.  Let me tell you that such an area has been created by the Green Zone Government, in which there have not been a single corona case in the last 21 days.  All the stands and shops in urban complexes, neighborhood shops and shops of residential complexes will open in lockdowns without any distinction of essential and non-essential.  Private offices can work with 33 percent employees.  All government offices will work with senior officers of the level of Deputy Secretary and with full power.  While the rest of the employees will come to 33% office as per requirement.  At the same time, people above 65 years and 10 years of age in all the zones will have to stay in the houses.  On the other hand, people will get a discount from 7 am to 7 pm for non-essential tasks.
